Zebles Terms & Conditions (TenX)
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zebles mobile app and related services for the TenX community. By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
2. Invite-only access
The app is invite-only for TenX. You may onboard only with a valid invite code generated by an existing member. During onboarding, invite code and phone details must match records. Invite codes may be single-use and may expire. Access may be refused or revoked for misuse or inconsistent information.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for account confidentiality and activity under your access. Contact Zebles immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Service scope
Zebles is a coordination tool that helps TenX members offer and find rides. Zebles does not operate transportation services, does not employ drivers or riders, and does not provide insurance, background checks, or identity verification beyond invite-only access controls.
5. Trust badges and verification labels
Badges shown in-app (for example, "Community verified" or "Verified resident") are app signals, not guarantees of identity or safety. Badge status may change or be revoked in misuse cases.
6. Phone sharing
Some features may display phone numbers to matched members when sharing is enabled. Contact information must be used only for ride coordination.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to impersonate others, harass members, spam, scrape, reverse engineer the app, or bypass invite-only onboarding. Access may be restricted for violations.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebles is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at INR 1,000 unless a higher amount is required by law.
