Zebles Privacy Policy (TenX)
1. Operator and contact
Zebles is operated by Ajay Shelar (individual). For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact ajaysanjayshelar@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account/profile details: name, phone number, tower/flat, community membership, optional vehicle type, optional profile photo.
- Invite/access records: invite code hash, invitee phone number, and inviter/invitee relationship.
- When you tap "Use contact" while inviting someone, Zebles can use that person's saved name and phone number to fill in the invite form for you.
- Ride data: posted rides, ride requests, accepted matches, ride state changes, participation records, and status history.
- Location-related details entered in-app: selected places, place IDs, and coordinates used for ride discovery and route matching.
- Preferences and technical logs: phone sharing preference and reliability/security logs.
3. Purpose of collection
Zebles uses collected data to enforce invite-only access, enable ride-matching, support ride coordination, record ride outcomes and state changes, support optional member-to-member contact, prefill resident invites when you choose a contact, reduce abuse, and operate the service reliably.
Zebles does not currently collect device location for ride tracking or discovery ranking, does not continuously track users through background GPS movement, does not store route-following traces, and does not monitor trip speed or movement behavior as part of the core product.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Limited information is shared with other TenX members only to coordinate rides, including relevant ride details, participant names, and phone numbers where sharing is enabled or required for coordination. Zebles stores and processes data with infrastructure providers that operate the app on our behalf. Zebles does not sell personal information.
If you use the optional contact picker, Zebles uses the selected contact details only to help you issue an invite. Zebles does not collect or upload your entire address book for this feature.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as needed for operations, safety, dispute handling, basic ride history, and legitimate legal obligations. This can include ride records, request records, and ride outcome or state history. You can request account deletion by emailing the operator.
6. Security
Zebles applies reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
