Zebles Privacy Policy (TenX)
1. Operator and contact
Zebles is operated by Ajay Shelar (individual). For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact ajaysanjayshelar@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account/profile details: name, phone number, tower/flat, community membership, optional vehicle type, optional profile photo.
- Invite/access records: invite code hash, invitee phone number, and inviter/invitee relationship.
- Ride data: posted rides, ride requests, participation records, and status history.
- Location-related details entered in-app: selected places, place IDs, and coordinates for ride context.
- Preferences and technical logs: phone sharing preference and reliability/security logs.
3. Purpose of collection
Zebles uses collected data to enforce invite-only access, enable ride-matching, support optional member-to-member contact, reduce abuse, and operate the service reliably.
Zebles does not continuously track users through background GPS movement.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Limited information is shared with other TenX members only to coordinate rides. Infrastructure providers may process data to run the app. Zebles does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as needed for operations, safety, and legitimate legal obligations. You can request account deletion by emailing the operator.
6. Security
Zebles applies reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
